We have owned our home since 2002 and invest our time and effort each year to update and maintain it to high standards. This ensures year after year our guests are presented with a home that is exactly what you see on our pictures. We manage all our own bookings personally so you get to know us and are always happy to answer any questions you may have at any time.
Yes, our home is fully licensed with the State of Florida Hotels and Restaurants Division (License #DWE5903426). You can verify this at myfloridalicense.com.
British Passport Holders who are travelling to the USA for business or tourist purposes will need an ESTA VISA. You can apply online at the official DHS site: esta.cbp.dhs.gov.
It is recommended that you have the pool heated between October and April (requested at booking). If you decide to have pool heating after arrival, please note it takes a minimum of 24 hours to heat up. Our pool heater is set to 88°F, though this can fluctuate with ground temperature.
Our spa/hot tub is a standalone entity separate from the pool. It is heated by yourself using the control panel on the spa itself (max temp 101°F). It is free to use and heats up quickly for your enjoyment!
Absolutely! We provide a full range of nursery equipment free of charge, including a cot, highchair, stroller/pushchair, travel cot, bed guards, sterilizing equipment, bottle warmers, and baby monitors. Plus, our games room and pool are huge hits!
We do not provide a BBQ for guest use for health and safety reasons. However, these can be hired at your own cost from outside companies. Please note charcoal grills are not permitted within the pool deck area.
No need! We provide a cupboard full of towels (including beach/pool towels) and the villa is equipped with two hairdryers for your use.
Yes, the villa has high-speed wireless (WiFi) broadband access provided free of charge. Login details are provided in the villa information pack.
We have external CCTV for security only. It covers the front door, driveway, pool heater equipment, and side of the villa. At no point do any cameras cover or overlook the pool deck area, ensuring your complete privacy.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive a 4-digit access code for the secure key lock box located at the front porch. This allows you to arrive at your convenience without needing a meet-and-greet.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. You may smoke outside on the pool deck area provided ashtrays are used and cleaned. Evidence of indoor smoking will incur a cleaning fee.
Unfortunately, no pets of any description are allowed to stay in our villa to ensure the comfort of all future guests.
The villa is professionally cleaned immediately before your arrival. As this is a self-catering rental, there is no daily maid service, but additional cleaning can be arranged on request for a fee. The pool and gardens are maintained weekly.
We're incredibly close! Magic Kingdom is just 6 miles away, EPCOT is 5 miles, Hollywood Studios is 4 miles, and Animal Kingdom is 7 miles. Our location puts you right on the doorstep of the magic!
Yes! A Publix supermarket and a Walmart Supercenter are both very close by. There are also many restaurants within a very short drive.
